Here is some of the feedback we've had from our clients:
“We are an educational charity and membership organisation providing a wide range of audiovisual services, information and support for the UKFHE sector. In May 2018 we commissioned Jerry Niman IT Services Ltd to conduct membership research so that we could gather detailed information to underpin current and future service development. The work was carried out with great professionalism and efficiency and I found Jerry to be a very responsive and strategic person to work with. Jerry maintained excellent communication with me during the consultancy and delivered an extremely valuable report on deadline. I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry Niman IT Services.”
Virginia Haworth-Galt, Chief Executive Learning on Screen -The British Universities and Colleges Film and Video Council
"Loughborough University engaged Jerry to help perform an IT Business Continuity maturity assessment against Gartner maturity models. Jerry reviewed four areas of the University and produced a comprehensive assessment of: IT Business Continuity support, IT Strengths, and areas for IT improvement. Looking internally, Jerry reviewed the IT Service Desk and produced a matrix of infrastructure service dependancies, and assisted with reviewing Recovery Time Objectives. We selected Jerry based on a competitive procurement exercise and were particularly impressed with his ability to work with autonomy within the organisation, he genuinely saved me time. His knowledge of the Higher Education sector meant he was immediately at ease with colleagues across the entire University."
Matthew Cook, Assistant Director (Infrastructure & Operations) at Loughborough University
"Jerry conducted the Privacy Impact Assessment for Brunel University to move to Office 365 while I was a Project Manager in 2016. His was extremely professional and efficient and managed to interview several stakeholders at various levels at the University producing a high quality report in a very timely manner. This report helped Brunel manage and understand their risks and pave the way towards moving the Office 365 project forward. He has also created a very helpful Office365Managers email group which is used as a go to place by the HE community, Consultants and Microsoft to discuss aspects around Office 365 specific to HE."
Arti Rumpal, Office 365 Project Manager at Brunel University
"I worked with Jerry over a two year period on various engagements and projects at Canterbury Christ Church University. He is an extremely approachable, adept and multi-skilled individual - and is one of the few individuals in this space who is able to work effectively at strategic, operational and technical levels. He was well respected and valued by senior and junior colleagues alike, and was also able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with technical staff. His technical skills are also varied and deep. Jerry has an excellent understanding of the Higher Education sector, and I have no hesitation in recommending him."
David Kerr, Programme Manager, Canterbury Christ Church University
"Jerry was a pleasure to work with as he combined a thorough and detailed background of Project Management with pragmatism and humour, leading to swift and accurate solutions to corporate problems whilst creating a sense of partnership. I hope I have the opportunity to work with Jerry again."
David Carr, Canterbury Christ Church University
"Jerry is one of the best senior IT managers I have worked with. His ability to achieve a consensus from a fractious group of stakeholders and then lead the project to a successful conclusion was impressive. His leadership of, and practical input into, numerous IT and service-improvement initiatives within the department were instrumental to their success. Jerry was a pleasure to work with."
